The Cumberland County Veterans Council respectfully limits entries to be military associated, such as active military, reserve military, National Guard, ROTC, retired military service organizations and their auxiliaries, Veterans Affairs, AAFES, law enforcement, American Red Cross, chartered military heritage organizations, and those units specifically invited by the Veterans Council. Motorcycle clubs riding with colors and not a unit of a chartered military association will not be accepted. Prior participation in the parade is not a guarantee of acceptance.

For control and safety reasons around moving heavy equipment, we require children to have adult supervision.

Applications are taken by e-mail or in written form but no fax. Printed applications are available from the Veterans Council and the Park & Recreation office at 121 Lamon St, Fayetteville NC 28301.
